Offshore
Company Administration
All offshore
companies need to have a registered agent in the country of incorporation.
Beyond that you may need an administrator, who may provide Nominee
Shareholder(s), Directors (in some circumstances), other officers
such as Company Secretary or Treasurer, and perform accounting
and corporate secretarial work. The administrator need not be
in the country of incorporation and some administrators administer
companies incorporated in many different countries.
You should
use an administrator you trust, who has an established track record
and adequate Professional Indemnity as well as Fidelity Bond insurance,
as they probably will have control of your assets.
Vanuatu has
the added advantage of statutory secrecy which applies to licensed
trust companies.
