PITCO will prepare at no charge if PITCO is providing shareholders and directors.
Time charges not relating to the above services are on a time-spent basis, including all management, accounting, and correspondence work in respect of a Company, Trust or Nominee account not covered by other specific charges. Time spent at the request of clients, outside normal business hours, will be charged at 1.5 times normal rates.
All banks and insurance companies must lodge audited annual accounts.
