Annual Nominee FeeThe annual nominee fee pays for legal domiciliation of the Nominee Account in Vanuatu, European Trust Co. Ltd.’s legal liability in respect of the Account and responsibility for the assets, professional Charged annually in advance based on the market value of the assets as at the anniversary date of the opening of the account.
- 0.40% on first US$1,000,000
- 0.20% on next US$2,000,000
- 0.10% above US$3,000,000
For the purpose of assessing the fee, additions to the Account during its financial year will be on a prorata basis. |

| Time charges not relating to the above services are on a time-spent basis, including all management, accounting, and correspondence work in respect of a Company, Trust or Nominee account not covered by other specific charges.
