Annual Trustee FeeThe annual trustee fee pays for legal domiciliation of the Trust in Vanuatu, European Trust Co. Ltd.’s legal liability in respect of the Trust and responsibility for the assets, professional indemnity cover, and Fidelity guarantee insurance.The fee is charged in advance based on the market value of the assets, as at each anniversary date of the Trust ;
- 0.40% on first US$250,000
- 0.20% on next US$250,000
- 0.15% on next US$500,000
- 0.10% on next US$1,000,000
- 0.05% above US$2,000,000
For the purpose of assessing the fee, additions to the Trust during its financial year will be charged on a prorata basis. |

Other fees:
- Time charges not relating to the above services are on a time-spent basis, including all management, accounting, and correspondence work in respect of a Company, Trust or Nominee account not covered by other specific charges. Time spent at the request of clients, outside normal business hours, will be charged at 1.5 times normal rates.
