Time charges not relating to the above services are on a time-spent basis, including all management, accounting, and correspondence work in respect of a Company, Trust or Nominee account not covered by other specific charges. Time spent at the request of clients, outside normal business hours, will be charged at 1.5 times normal rates.
Local companies are allowed to do business within Vanuatu
International and Exempt companies are not allowed to do business within Vanuatu.
International, Exempt and some local companies are not subject to audit.
